Terms of Service

Last updated 17 July 2026.

1. Using Unfangle

Unfangle lets you create client-facing project timelines and share them via a public link. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Unfangle on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the content you publish and for anyone you share a timeline link or password with. Keep access to your account secure — we authenticate via emailed sign-in links, so anyone with access to your email can access your account.

3. Plans and billing

The free plan is free indefinitely for one active project. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and processed by Paddle.com, who act as merchant of record for all purchases — your transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's own terms and invoicing apply to the payment itself. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account page; you keep paid-tier access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.

4. Refunds

Because you can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep access through the period you've already paid for, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. Payments are otherwise non-refundable, except: where you're legally entitled to a cooling-off period under the law of your country (for example, 14 days for consumers in the UK/EU/EEA on a first payment), or where we determine, at our discretion, that a genuine billing error or technical fault prevented you from using the service. Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and are subject to their own refund policy as well as this one — whichever gives you the stronger protection applies. To request a refund, get in touch.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the project content you create. You grant us the right to store and display it as needed to operate the service — including to anyone you share a public timeline link with. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or that's unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Unfangle reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page — this permanently removes your projects and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use Unfangle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
